As the Executive Vice President of People & Talent, this role shapes and executes Very Good Ventures' global people strategy and guides a highly engaged and high performing remote team culture. This leader will lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle and requires a balance of business acumen and deep understanding of employee engagement and culture building.
This role will be dedicated to the needs of our Philippines based team, combining your global view of the P&C strategy to drive inspiring local team initiatives. You’ll work in partnership with the People Leaders in your portfolio to ensure that each of our local team members are fulfilled in their careers whilst feeling safe, supported and flourishing. You’ll be the eyes and ears of your local peers, helping ensure their voices and needs are heard.
